To enhance the experience of all our guests we ask that you respect our dining guidelines.

THE KITCHEN INITIATIVE: 2% KITCHEN APPRECIATION GRATUITY
Starting in July 2023 we are suggesting a 2% Kitchen Appreciation Gratuity that goes directly to our kitchen staff.
This Gratuity supports our kitchen staff's hard work & it allows our kitchen staff to share in the restaurant's success.
This appreciation gratuity goes directly to our line cooks, dishwashers & prep staff. It does not represent a gratuity for the dining room staff.
This GRATUITY IS COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY.
If you do not wish to pay it, please let your server or bartender know & we will remove it.

Common Question: Why should the guest pay this gratuity instead of just giving the kitchen staff a raise?
Answer: In order to keep our menu costs at a reasonable rate, we decided to add on this Gratuity instead. So instead of raising prices $1-2 on many items, this Gratuity does not hit your wallet nearly as hard. For instance, on a $100 tab if we were to raise the cost by 1-2 per item, your tab would be closer to $106-110, versus the $102 with this system now.
Plus its a great moral boost to our hard working crew!

Attire
Smart, respectful ATTIRE is encouraged for both men & women
Gentlemen, shirts with sleeves are required - no tank tops or cut-off shirts
We also consider flip flops & team jerseys too casual for our restaurant & are strongly discouraged
RETURNS
While we acknowledge that mistakes happen & we are happy to correct any errors made by our staff.
However, we do not enjoy throwing away properly made food or drinks, simply because you
"do not like it" or "it's not what you thought it would be".
So to prevent any issues, please inform your server before you order if you have a sensitive palate
(this includes cocktails & food) or specific dietary needs (gluten, celiac, allergies, etc...)
DINING GUIDELINES
While we consider special requests, modifications cannot always be honored as they can impact the flow
of our kitchen and the integrity of many dishes.

One check required for 7+ guests; However, split checks of equal value may be accommodated
A 20% gratuity will be added to parties of 7+ guests; However, gratuity is up to your discretion

Outside Food & Drink Charges
Dessert Brought in is $2 per person / Wine Brought in, $20 Corkage Fee per 750ml bottle (limit 2 bottles per table; must be a bottle that we do not carry at Darfons)

Please notify us of any allergies. We are very concerned for your well-being and not all ingredients are listed on the menu.

To minimize distractions to other guests, please refrain from talking on your cell phone while inside Darfons

Out of consideration for other guests who are waiting to be seated, we may ask to move your group to
an available bar table if a significant amount of time has passed. We typically will never make this
request short of 30 minutes after you've completed your dining experience
